SCHEDULED SPECIAL EVENTS:

November 3-4, 2005	Rural Folklife Days 9am-2:30pm	Stephen Foster Folk Cultural Center State Park	Florida's rural past continues with quilting, cane grinding, syrup making, lye soap making, hand-plaited cow whips, and other farm traditions that remain part of family and community life. Ride in a horse-drawn wagon and taste homemade jellies at this family event. School groups welcome. Fees: $3.00 per person. Contact: 386-397-2733

December 10, 2005	Christmas Festival of Lights 9am-9pm	Stephen Foster Folk Cultural Center State Park	Celebrate the holiday with evening concerts, a bonfire, and a festive lighting of the park as part of White Springs' annual Christmas parade.
