General Information

PARK RULES

Speed Limits:	10 MPH. Please observe this throughout the whole park. Please note arrows on map as all roads are one way. Please do not drive thru other sites.
Guests:	All guests MUST stop at office and get a car permit to be displayed on rearview mirror. We will escort your guest to our overflow parking area. Guest fee is $2.00 per person per day. Guest hours are from 9am to 8pm (if you anticipate your guest to be 9pm or later, please contact office). If your guest does not register at the office and have a valid car permit and not parked in out visitor parking area, they will be asked to leave the park. No guest may drink and then drive on campground premises. You are responsible for your guest.
Quiet Time:	10 pm – 8am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Site Area:	Site must be maintained free of clutter. No cloth lines or laundry hanging to dry. No rugs of any kind are allowed off your patio and in the grass. Only 1 extra vehicle per site. Your vehicle must stay only on your site directly behind your RV.
Extra Vehicles:	Please contact office for additional vehicles. Only 1 vehicle allowed per site. All extra vehicles must be parked in our visitor lot with a charge of $2.00 per day. Allextra vehicles or trailers must be parked in our storage area. The charge is $50.00 per month or $2.00 per day.
Alcohol:	All alcohol must be kept at site.
Trash:	Bag all trash and place in dumpster. Trash Only. All cardboard must be broken down.
Repairs:	No repairs at site on any vehicles. If RV is in need of repair, contact office.
Swimming:	No swimming in ponds.
Smoking:	Smoking is allowed in open areas and inside your RV. No smoking in club house, restrooms, showers or laundry room. Please pick up your butts.
Firearms:	All firearms must be kept inside your rig.
Bikes/Golf Carts:	Bikes and scooters must be kept on road. No golf carts.
Refunds:	NO REFUNDS.

Check In:	12 Noon.
Check Out:	11 am. If you need to stay later, please contact office. For late check out, it is a ½ day charge from 11am to 1pm. After 1 pm there will be a full day charge.
Office Hours:	9am – 8pm. After hours, please call 386-752-0830. For emergency call 911.
Refunds:	There will be NO REFUNDS.
Propane Hours:	9 am – Dusk.
Club House:	Open 24 hours. Please close doors and windows when entering or leaving. There is extra parking in our visitors' parking lot.
Laundry Room:	Open 24 hours. Please close doors and windows when entering or leaving. There is extra parking in our visitors' parking lot.
RV Washing:	No car, truck or RV washing in our park except for our monthly rentals.
