Park Rules &
General Information

PARK RULES

Speed Limits: 10 MPH. Please observe this through the park. Do not drive thru empty sites. Drive on roads only. Please note arrow on map. All roads are one way.
Guests: All guests must stop at office and get a car permit to be displayed on rearview mirror. We will escort your guest to our overflow parking area. Guest fee is $2.00 per person per day. Guest hours are from 10am to 9pm. No guest may drink and then drive on campground premises.
Quiet Time: 10 pm – 8am. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
Site Area: Site must be maintained free of clutter. No cloth lines or laundry hanging to dry.
Extra Vehicles: Only 1 extra vehicle per site allowed. Your vehicle must stay only on your site.
Please contact office for additional vehicles. All extra vehicles or trailers will be parked in our storage area. The charge is $50.00 per month or $2.00 per day.
Alcohol: All alcohol must be kept at site.
Trash: Bag all trash and place in dumpster. Trash Only. All cardboard must be broken down.
Repairs: No repairs at site on any vehicles. If RV is in need of repair, contact office.
Swimming: No swimming in ponds.
Smoking: Smoking is allowed in open areas and inside your RV. No smoking in club house, restrooms, showers or laundry room.
Firearms: No firearms in the park.
Bikes/Golf Carts: Bikes must be kept on road. No golf carts.


GENERAL INFORMATION

Check In: 12 Noon.

Check Out:             11 am. If you need to stay later, please contact office.
Office Hours: 9am – 8pm. After hours, please call 386-752-0830. For emergency call 911.
Propane Hours: 9 am – Dusk.
Club House: Open 24 hours. Please close doors when entering or leaving.
Laundry Room: Open 24 hours. Please close door when entering or leaving.
RV Washing: Contact Office. No car or truck washing.

Failure to obey these rules could lead to eviction from park.

We are not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft or
fire to either property or person of any guest.
